The following exercises and progressions are taken from a neuro-muscular exercise program developed by Prof Ewa Roos and Associate Prof Soren Skou. They are the founders of GLA:D (Good Living with osteoArthritis: Denmark) – an internationally renowned education and exercise program for individuals living with hip or knee osteoarthritis.
