The video below has been created to motivate and guide people with knee osteoarthritis to engage in exercise. This video is based upon the NEMEX program that has been extensively researched in people with knee osteoarthritis, and is what is currently used in GLA:D Australia programs.
We encourage everyone to seek advice from a healthcare professional before engaging in these exercises for the first time. All the exercises can also be found in the ‘personalised guide‘ if you include the ‘exercise’ section.
